Evolving Together Safely at TPE 2022

Here at The Pink Event, we prioritize the safety of everyone in attendance. That’s why we have developed a COVID protocol to ensure that everyone not only is as safe as possible but feels safe while enjoying their day. We are committed to doing what we can to ensure the safety of all participants and to allow for us to have a great time!
 
Please read below to learn more about what is required and expected from participants of The Pink Event. ​

Although masks are not currently mandated, mask wearing is strongly encouraged indoors, in all areas and where social distancing cannot be maintained. Social distancing of at least six feet is recommended, whenever possible.
 
Safety requirements for attending The Pink Event: 

• Adhering to Diamond Event Services/The Pink Event’s COVID-19 policies and mitigation measures. 
• Wearing masks properly when required, and social distancing whenever possible.
• Practicing respiratory etiquette when masks are not required or mask are removed for eating and drinking, such as covering your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing. 
• Exercising good hygiene, such as frequently washing or sanitizing your hands. 
• Staying up to date with CDC’s recommendations. 

​We also require that you do NOT attend should the following happen:

• You have tested positive for COVID-19 and have not completed CDC’s guidelines for discontinuing isolation. 
• You are experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19. 
• Within the previous 5 days, you have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, but you have not completed the Quarantine and Isolation Guidelines recommended by the CDC. 

 
If you are unable to attend, due to Covid-19 related reasons, please contact us by sending an email to  hello@diamondeventservices.net  or using our contact form, to let us know as soon as possible. You will be given the opportunity to utilize any purchased tickets at a future event, within 24 months of the original event date. See our FAQs webpage for details.
 
Diamond Event Services/The Pink Event supports individual efforts and personal responsibility in combating COVID-19 and reserves the right to revoke or suspend access to anyone in connection with these guidelines in service of the health and safety of its attendees and participants
