Get Raffles Tickets!
You have the option of getting advance raffle tickets while purchasing any event ticket OR you may get raffle tickets at the event. The advance option will appear while purchasing your ticket. 100% of the proceeds from our charity raffles will benefit our Charity Partners.
Here are the answers to common event questions we receive. If you have a question that is not answered here, please send us an email at email@example.com for assistance.
What is the refund policy? All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued, however tickets are transferable. Simply log into your account on Eventbrite.com to update the name on your ticket.
Can I upgrade my ticket to VIP after purchased? Yes, you may upgrade your ticket before the event, provided they have not sold out. Simply log into your account on Eventbrite.com to pay the difference and upgrade you ticket to VIP.
Can I purchase a ticket at the door? VIP tickets are not available at the door. General Admission tickets are available at the door for more and do not include the Pink Event branded tote bag.
Can I purchase the lunch buffet at the door? If the lunch buffet does not sell out prior to the event day, lunch buffet tickets may be available at the door for $30 per person as an add-on to an already purchased General Admission ticket OR $65 per person to include General Admission with lunch buffet.
Are there ID requirements? We reserve the right to request ID for entry into The Pink Event.
Are there age restrictions to enter the event or children/youth tickets? The Pink Event is designed for adults, however we allow attendance of individuals under the age of 18 when accompanied by an adult. Please be advised that this event does not offer any non-adult pricing and everyone must have a ticket to attend regardless of age.
What are my parking options at the event? There is plenty of FREE parking at the event locations which is the BWI Airport Marriott.
Is my registration/ticket transferable? Yes! Simply log into your account on Eventbrite.com to update the name on your ticket.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Please bring your printed or mobile ticket to the event to expedite check-in. Please note that you may be asked to verify your identity at the discretion of the event organizer or its representatives. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Is my ticket tax deductible? No, tickets are not tax deductible.
Who do I contact regarding accessibility questions? For questions regarding accessibility or to request an accommodation, please contact Diamond Event Services by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests should be made at least two weeks prior to the event.
